Boasting an open-air hot springs bath and spacious garden, Arima Grand Hotel is located a 10-minute walk away from Arima Onsen Station. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. Free private parking is also available on site. The entire property is non-smoking, while guests can smoke in the designated smoking area. The onsen/bath areas were very nice. Dinner was excellent. Room is spacious and comfortable.

Offering free private parking, the 2-star ryokan is 600 metres from Kinumaki Shrine. The ryokan features a public bath and free shuttle service. Great breakfast was provided, and the staff are super nice even if there's a language barrier. It's a bit of a distance from the Onsen town but the staff picked us up from the train station and brought us to the hotel, then dropped us back off at the Onsen town with a pickup time and location to meet them when it was time to leave. They even loaned us umbrellas due to the rain. If you're on a budget but want to go to Kinosakionsen town and have a nice stay you can't do much better than this

Taketoritei Maruyama is a non-smoking Japanese-style accommodation featuring natural hot spring baths for private use and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. From its hilltop location a 15-minute walk from Kobe Electric Railway Arima Onsen Station, it offers sweeping views of Arima Onsen. Our room was amazing, both the room and hotel are very clean. The room was quiet, our private onsen and garden were beautiful we enjoyed them a lot. There is a cattle in the room with tea and also a coffee maker. The staff was amazing, really friendly, very attentive and helped with all our questions. They reserved restaurants for us and brought us with a car to the restaurants. They also helped with arranging transport for our luggage to the next hotel. There was also a dedicated English speaking staff member. The location of the hotel is also great, it's higher up in Arima, which makes it nice quiet.

Facing the central shopping street of the Kinosaki Onsen hot spring area, Morizuya offers authentic Japanese-style accommodation, hot spring baths and Japanese dining. Guests can wear colourful yukata robes at the property. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. The owner is very nice. We were droping by to the station by the owner. The place is near to everywhere. And love the outside onsen.

Located in the quiet areas of Kinosaki hot-spring district, Sensui offers Japanese-style accommodations and 3 private reservable hot-spring baths. Guests can enjoy the various hot-spring baths of the area. A free shuttle is available from JR Kinosaki Onsen Train Station, which is also a 5-minute walk away.

Sensui Ryokan is a 10-minute drive from Genbudo Park and a 15-minute drive from Kinosaki Marine World. The staff were all so helpful and friendly and they really go beyond. Especially Ayuri who is so sincere and really great service provided from check in. Love the Tajima beef and crab meals provided by the hotel too.

Kinosaki Onsen Ropeway Station is 650 metres away, and Kono Yu Hot Spring is about a 10-minute walk. Sister hotel Nishimura Honkan, which has additional free-use hot-spring baths, is 700 metres away. Free-use bicycles are provided. The resort private onsen at the resort was definitely the star of the show. It's only available to guests staying at the report and different from the 7 public ones. Highly recommend the half board with the buffet breakfast. The meals were so good and the quality very high, chefs kiss!

A 5-minute walk from the Kinosaki Onsen Ropeway, Japanese inn 城崎温泉 但馬屋-Tajimaya- features luxurious accommodation and cuisine, hot spring baths and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. It offers rental bicycles and a free shuttle to/from JR Kinosaki Station. Breakfast and dinner served in the room. Different variety for the two breakfasts over the two mornings. Dinner is the variety that you choose from the available set menus. We had the crab one night (local fresh crabs) and Tajimaya Beef the next night. Multi-course meals. Delicious and great service. They also arranged to have luggage delivered to near the train station so we could continued enjoying the town on checkout day. You should come here. The location is also excellent for being in the quieter part of town yet near the baths and ropeway.

Japanese-style rooms include a tea maker, private bathroom and a satellite TV. All rooms have air conditioning. The hotel is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in the staff were nothing short of incredible. Super attentive, really warm and welcoming and very very helpful with everything you may need. The inside is very beautifully made as a traditional Japanese inn which I loved, the food was amazing and there certainly was a lot of it so I hope you’re hungry!
