Flat was slightly small and not well equipped in the kitchen.

My only criticism was the Bedroom window blinds. One of the two blinds did not cover the entire window, leaving a 2 - 3 foot gap at the bottom. Also, the type of blinds in use, whilst they look good, they don't keep the light out particularly well.

Just didn’t like the spring mattress! Really had a sore back, mattress wasn’t comfortable at all! If you’re someone who doesn’t like spring mattress then this one is not for you.

Everything was great, was very spacious, ample storage, very clean, all facilities provided like crockery dishwasher washing machine iron microwave etc great and peaceful location close to station, stores and cafes

The only very slight issue was the TV in the lunge area could not connect to the Wi-fi, the TV in the bedroom did.

Space provided was excellent, the property was clean and felt secure.

My neighbors were really loud during the night and the flat was not really soundproof.

It was a good stay overall. The flat was clean and big.

Beds were not very comfortable, some springs coming through. The little sofa was tiny and we had 4 in the apartment, only enough room for 2.

The kettle had a lot of deposit in it and the oven set off the smoke alarm as it was not clean. As it is a ground floor flat, we hesitated to open windows for fresh air as they were full length windows in the bedrooms so everything can be seen from inside. There was no broom to clean floors only a dustpan and brush and the shower wasn't the best,not great flow and know hard to alter for temperature but everything else was totally fine.

Little sparse. Only 2 of every thing in kitchens. Some things mismatched. Duvet cover all rough & bobbly from frequent use. Shower trap was clogged with hair & not draining . Had to clean & clear it ourselves

The room was clean and tidy, the facilities well maintained. It's equipped with appliances for your everyday needs. The highlight was the washer cum dryer 😍 that was a definite plus.

The email containing check in instructions was from a company I didn't recognise and it was overlooked. The TV didn't work (although someone subsequently left a cable on the door handle).

The location was good and the place was comfortable and quiet. The staff were polite.

Spacious independant property, allowing son & grandsons to eat together "at home" after exploring the area and their treat of a day at Legoland.

Furniture could do with replacing as sofa had sunk so was uncomfortable to sit on. Office chair had also broken.

The fact that there was 3 car parking spaces at the front enterance and a big carpark at the back the three spaces could do to be disabled spaces for people thats booked ground floor apartments like myself i had difficulties getting in and out of car as the other spaces were taken by big contactors vans that could or should park in the big carpark the apartament was clean but the computer chair was already broken the pots were minimal 2 of every thing plates dishes the tower fan needs a good clean as its fins were clogged up with dust so fan didn't work as good as it should the bed was very ok but need the mattress to be a bigger on as when you get up you catch your legs on the wooden frame which bruised me also no bedside cabinet i have a cpap machine because i have sleep apnea i had to put it on the floor which wasn't good for me also would be good to have a blind or net/voille at the main door

The apartment was ok the computer chair was already broken very sparse on pots 2 dishes 2 plates ect the tower fan needed a good clean as the fins were blocked with dust so wasn't working properly

The accommodation appeared to soak up the heat of the day. I assume for safely/security the windows were limited to open just a small amount, but we had a couple of warm days and really needed some air flow. There were a couple of fans which we appreciated but it was still very hot in the apartment.

Good location. Just a 5 minute walk to the town with good plenty of food options. Thorpe Park and Windsor were both a short drive. Accommodation was as advertised, modern and all ammenities we could need for a few days away.
