Anam Cara is about 45 minutes drive, so we decided to stay somewhere peaceful, and this fitted the bill perfectly. Everything about the place is top quality, and it's set in remarkably well maintained grounds. Don't hesitate to book.

Rob and Susie greeted us as well as Biscuit and Coco the dogs with open arms which made us feel at home straight away. We stayed in the villa which was beautiful just a nice amount of space and the beds were the best by far having slept in 14 different accommodations on our journey around New Zealand. Rob and Susie are enthusiastic about local produce, Rob is passionate about the local wines that is produced from down the road and Susie grows fruit and vegetables on site. We had 2 evening meals which I highly recommend from plot to plate which was truly amazing and so tasty.

Wonderful little place. Beautiful setting. Sufficiently close to Upper Hutt but far enough to feel in the countryside. Warm, cosy and fully kitted out.

Whharekauhau Country Estate ligger på en 3000 hektar stor grund over for Ocean Beach og har dagspa, tennisbane og udendørs pool. We felt absolutely spoiled. We were welcomed with open arms. The staff were outstanding, informatve and very friendly. Although the dinner menu was very limited the quality was 5 star. Accommodation was absolutely immaculate and so comfortable. Will definitely be back even though it was a bit pricey.

Directly across the road from the hospital. Plenty of parking available. 10/10 customer service! The receptionist was delightful. Shower pressure was powerful. Everything was clean and well stocked. Amazing service that I can’t fault anything. Also upgraded for free too. Amazing restaurants (pho viet best Vietnamese Ive ever had!) supermarket and bus stops are a short walk away

Stayed at the boulcott lodge before a concert in Lower Hutt. The room was lovely, staff friendly and helpful. Love how the rooms are set up and there were a few of our group staying there and we all got neighbouring rooms. Such a nice place.
