This lodge has a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking. The breakfast foods are provided at your arrival and refreshed as needed. The quality, range and amount are exceptional. Welcoming Afghan biscuits were very nice too. The cottage is very comfortable and cosy. The grounds are spectacular. The view from the cottage is magnificent. All up, one of the nicest places I have stayed.

Guests enjoy free WiFi and free breakfast daily. Flying trout boutique lodge is one of the most beautiful places I have stayed in the world . We had a lovely suite upstairs with a panoramic view of lake Taupo . Breakfast is wonderful and Karen will insure you are pleased with everything served . Rob is helpful with area info and a few nights he drive us in to town for dinner . We would definitely stay at this charming lodge again - treat yourself if you are in lake Taupo

Relax by the fireplace in the shared lounge, or speak to your hosts about what to see or do in the local area. Whakaipo Lodge was a superb place to stay in every way. The owners, Garth & Angie went beyond the call to make our stay memorable & easy to highly recommend from the welcome, to the pre dinner drinks & canapes, the sharing of local knowledge & the beautifully presented, comfortable rooms. The breakfast was 10/10 using locally sourced high quality products. The coffee also got a gold star.

It offers air-conditioned suites with a private terrace and lovely river views. Beautiful location, very scenic. Wonderful, attentive staff. Excellent meals and catering to individual tastes. Beautiful dining experiences for breakfast, lunch and / or dinner. Top class.

The award-winning River Birches offers secluded, comfort and understated luxury accommodation, set within peaceful gardens on the banks of the Tongariro River. This boutique lodge is minutes' away from some of the river's most popular trout fishing pools and close to other natural attractions in the Taupo and Central Plateau region. Entire property is beautiful and hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Highly recommend if looking to enjoy a luxury stay!

This luxury lodge has a quiet location and wonderful views of Lake Taupo and Mount Tauhara. It offers free WiFi and large gardens.

Chalet Eiger features a spacious lounge with fireplace, a wine cellar and a sauna. There is also a home entertainment system with interactive plasma-screen TV and film/music library. Nina and Peter are fabulous: they felt more like friends than hosts, and ensured that we had a flawless stay.

Located in Turangi, 48 km from Mount Ruapehu, and Taranaki Falls reachable within 48 km, Turangi Leisure Lodge offers a terrace, a spa and wellness centre and free WiFi.

The lodge offers a seating area with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries, a hairdryer and shower. A fridge, a microwave and stovetop are also provided in the kitchen, as well as a kettle. Clean, comfortable & a most helpful staff. The rooms appear to have been recently upgraded from what looks like an older building structure on the outside. The exterior grounds were under construction for renovation while we were there, but we were very happy with our overall stay. The hotel is only a 20 minute drive from the Tongariro Crossing Car Park.

Tongariro Lodge is located in 22 acres of secluded grounds, surrounded by a beautiful garden landscape and along the banks of Tongariro River.

Tongariro Lodge Restaurant specializes in traditional New Zealand dishes, guests enjoy meals by an open fire. Our villa was very cozy! Breakfast was delicious! The staff was quite welcoming and helpful. Our only regret is that we stayed only one night!
