Set on 26 acres, Amuri Estate Luxury Lodge offers accommodation with free WiFi. There is a guest lounge with a fireplace and a large patio offering stunning mountain and river views. The location is very scenic. To wake up to a sunrise over mountain ranges and the fields across from the lodge was a great experience. There was only one other family at the lodge on the night that we stayed, so we pretty much had the entire house for ourselves. The house was very well maintained. The library, kitchen, patio, the room, everything was just perfect. The hosts welcomed us with a bottle of local wine and cheese and fruits platter. They gave us great information about the area. What a lovely boutique lodge! I’ll definitely be back in summer again. Love the cute native birds in garden and their songs, amazing view from the balcony, delicious homemade cookies and the hosts are very friendly, responsive and attentive.

Spacious, clean & comfortable house. Large well stocked kitchen that made it easy to prepare meals. The view was of both mountains & water. Location is great. Easy to walk both to Kaikoura & South Bay & other tracks. Our host was very responsive & kind. Should we ever find ourselves in Kaikoura again, we would definitely stay here again.
