The landlord was very helpful and understanding. He gave us detailed instructions on how to use various appliances and was always there if we needed him. The room was very clean with everything one would need - large flat screen TV, iron, blow dryer, the scales to weigh the luggage, power adaptera for European plug ins, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, kettle and more. We had plenty of room to store our clothes, big drawers and a closet. Everything was clearly explained. It was very affordable to rent this room and was within a 5 minute walk from tourist sites such as the Tower or the Tower Bridge.

Swan Guest House is 5 minutes walk from West Drayton railway station which is on Elizabeth line from where you can get to central London in 25 minutes. We were warmly welcomed by the host. Our room was cozy and beds were very comfortable. We heartily recommend Swan Guest House!

Great house, very very clean, the heating was perfect, the room very confortable. Breakfast also great, daily juice, milk and cereals. Will repeat next time I fly over.

You will find a coffee machine and a kettle in the room. Extras include bath robes, slippers and free toiletries. This hotel was a great find. Rooms were clean, modern, with amenities, etc, and the location was super convenient (but it felt nice to be on a small quiet street). The restaurant/pub was delicious and obviously well liked by locals. If mobility is an issue, might not be for you as there's no elevator. Could be considered loud by some before the pub closes at 10 — but really not an issue for us. Our window was open the whole time even tho we were over the top of the rooftop terrace. 10/10, would recommend, would stay again
