I really loved the attention to details provided by this host, the room had great amenities ranging from small breakfast items and snacks to a good selection of coffee, to even providing us with slippers, and a safe to store our safe belongings. The room is very bright and very clean, and very nicely decorated. Well located within a 5 minute walk to the old town and the port of Split. Additionally communication with the host was very efficient, she was always available and answered within an hour to our messages, helping us ensure a smooth communication.

We loved our stay here! The room is very spacious and lovely decorated, with plenty of room to put your belongings. The bed was so comfortable and we slept really well. The bathroom was also clean with enough space to put toiletries, the shampoo and soap in the shower were a very nice extra. The location is perfect, within 10 minutes you’re in the center of split and the ferry port is also merely a short walk away. The host was very kind, quick to respond and gave us some great recommendations for parking in the city, which was really helpful! There is also a restaurant around the corner that looks very empty, but we had a delicious dinner there. So all in all a perfect stay at the perfect location. If I ever return to Split I will definitely stay here again!

Great location and room! Toma was a fantastic host! Was waiting to meet us when our taxi pulled up and was very friendly and full of helpful information. He responded to all of our messages very promptly. Could not have asked for a better stay in Split.

We have been provided with all proper information about Split and nearby sites of interest with maps and suggestions. We arrived late at night and the host Darko picked us up to show the way. He was a great host - super friendly and always helpful…he even let us stay until the next evening so we could shower and had a place for our luggage. The property has everything you need (kitchenette, living room, TV, …) and is located in a quiet street.
