The hotel was clean with lovely ambience and the fact its promotes organic was an added element to the style of this hotel. Bear in mind, that there is not TV…. I wasn’t aware of it until we arrived the hotel…. I was really happy, though my kids and hubby rebelled. But, they quickly took on to other activities, the gym, the pool and to explore the community.

The staff went over and above when it turned out that I was ill during my stay. I was given two doctors recommendations, understanding when I needed to sit in the communal area when I could not sleep due to the illness.
They even spoke to me at anti social hours so I could pass the time.
They held left luggage in a secure location.
They were all very understanding and friendly.

Excellent property! I only have good things to talk about it.
Price: Fairly priced ✅ I stayed for one night with my partner and we paid totally 85€ including city tax and for the property & facilities provided it’s very much affordable & worthed.
Location: 10 minute walk from subway Mairie de Saint-Ouen
The room was very clean, clean sheets, comfortable bed both of us slept very well. The room is soundproof too. Bathroom is spacious and was clean as well. There is a big window so there is good ventilation and light. There were curtains on the window as well. The wardrobe is big and can accommodate many things.
The check in and check out was smooth. I highly recommend, I will definitely come back here when needed!

Location is perfect. Metro Line 13 literally across the street. Antique markets 10mins away. Bike rental station across the road. Great way exploring the city. Our room had a balcony which was lovely. View onto sacre coeur Basilica. The room is massive for parisian standards.

Located 5 km from La Cigale Concert Hall and 5 km from Gare du Nord in Saint-Ouen, Studio spacieux refait à neuf (4) offers accommodation with a kitchen.
Saint Ouen is a good location to stay. We took Garibaldi metro, line 13, to go to the city center. Walking to metro took us max 5 min. There are two boulangeries next to the metro station, where you can have breakfast with coffee and sit inside.
Buying a metro card was a challenge, even for locals, who tried to help us. We used a machine to get 10 tickets, instead we got one small ticket saying that it is not a ticket and needs to be exchanged for a carnet.
Exchanged means to go to a real person working in a metro station. They do not work at night. My advice is to buy passes during a day to be sure to get them. Carnet of 10 tickets is actually one card, which can be used only by one person.

I chose Saint-Ouen for the price, knowing it is a poor and ugly part of the suburbs but if you have money, avoid it, it corresponds to a sketch by Rodney Dangerfield "i live in a very bad neighborhood, yesterday a guy asked me where the subway station was, I told him no one has ever stayed alive long enough to reach it"!

Location is a bit far from the city center where all the main attractions are located but if you planned a day trip out, it works. The area has good choices of restaurants and bakeries. A couple of supermarkets within walking distance of the apartment.

Saint-Ouen has a nice antique market, but also a lot of homeless people and people who are selling rubbish. Also when it's dark, you are not feeling very comfortable. It's not a very good neighborhood.

Very friendly and kind staff.
Very friendly and kind staff. They offered to hold my crying baby so I could finish my breakfast. Breakfast was very good and Everything was very clean. However the room was not so clean. Stained curtains and not so clean floor.
Also no space for parking and the nearby parkings were very expensive 2,80 for every hour!

We went to Saint-Ouen to visit the Puces.
We went to Saint-Ouen to visit the Puces. Since we are selling vintage and antiques in Belgium (@finds - vintage and more) we were hoping to score some nice stuff which we could re-sell in Belgium but this was not applicable at all! The prices were WAY too high for everything. We came home empty handed. It was an experience to visit the Puces but don't go there if you're hoping to buy cheap stuff. The city is also dirty and the Puces themselves were really chaotic and in some areas we had a bad feeling walking around. I had imagined it as a nice place to walk around but it felt you were in the suburbs. We stayed 2 days (one night) and the second day we went to visit a part of Paris and walked till there by foot? The Puces are for example half an hour walk from the Sacre Coeur. All and all it was ok for once and one day but we're probably not going back.
Very nice house in the heart of the flea market, very calm, it's like being in the countryside, you can hear the birds!
Suitable for children, we were 4 adults and 2 children (games available are a big plus), and everything went well. We spent the evening in the jacuzzi between adults watching the stars and we slept very well! The sofa bed is very comfortable and the inflatable mattress in the child's room too. In short, I think we will come back here when we stay in Paris. And a big thanks to Aurelie for her hospitality!
Great location, metro stop just around the corner that links up to major stations as well the centre of Paris. Bakery, supermarket, cafe and restaurant nearby. The apartment was very nice and clean, we primarily used it as a base for our Paris adventures and it suited our needs perfectly. The host, Ana, answered any questions I had, no issues at all. Highly recommended place to stay!
Very nice apartments ! Stylish and clean . Everything is new. Not far from metro and grocery shops . Owner was very friendly . Apartment are located in very quiet area . We found all we needed for cooking at the kitchen, parking for our car in the same building, many different board games. I highly recommend this apartments! They made our first family trip to Paris very pleasant.
The apartment has all necessary facilities for long stay. Metro stations 13 and 14 are nearby, just 3 minutes walking distance from the property. The owner was very helpful and provided very detailed information for everything related to his apartment. The TV had subscriptions to video on demand and the internet was good. A very nice place for budget stay in Paris.
This unique hotel is fascinating! The layout, the details, the room finishings were all approached in new and unique ways. SO interesting. The overall setting was urban but with a large inner leafy courtyard with great pool and happy/busy restaurant made it cozy and comfortable. Excellent balconies, service/staff and access to cabs/Uber.
The hotel showcases a perfect blend of vintage and contemporary elements, creating an atmosphere that is both trendy and inviting. Despite some minor drawbacks, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I would recommend this hotel to those seeking a chic and unconventional accommodation option in the city of lights.
We had a perfect 3 nights stay with 2 adults and 2 kids.. location perfect to explore Paris and super friendly staff.. the rooms and shared bathroom were clean. Famouse Market 10 min away and Sunday morning market for small budget the next street. We would definitely go back again.
•Safe parking at the hotel’s gated basement. •Front desk staff were accommodating and nice to talk to. Special mention to the tall guy assigned upon our check-in late night of Aug 19; and the beautiful lady (Sumaya?) assigned upon our checkout Aug 21
A well equipped apartment only a couple of minutes walk from Garibaldi subway with easy access to Paris. Lots of local shops and supermarkets. Great to have some basic essentials like tea / coffee and be able to do something washing.
The apartment is brand new and easy to access from RAR C station Saint-Ouen (15 mins on foot or 2 stops by bus). There is E. Leclerc next to the station so shopping is easy. The extra (sofa) bed is new and very comfortable.
Brand new hotel, large rooms, large bed, lift, window. Industrial look, with warm details (carpet and wooden-like furniture). Good heating. Nice and spacious bathroom. Extra clean. At reasonable distance from Paris center.
I loved the aesthetic style of the hotel and how comfy the beds were. The staff was lovely and both check in and check-out were very efficient processes.
