Despite the late time and celebration of Christmas, Filipe drove us to farmacy, helped us to find a medicine and drove us back to hotel. We will not forget such happiness and extremely recommend visit this hotel!

We chose a bay view room so the balcony overlooks the marina and is perhaps quieter than an ocean view room. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and gave us a birthday gift of champagne and cake.

The property is around 25 km from Sete Cidades Lagoon, 25 km from Lagoa Verde and 27 km from Lagoa Azul. Some rooms at the property have a terrace with a sea view. We were able to check in early and also after check out the host allowed us to store our bags and use the common areas. A good breakfast was served. The room we had was spacious with a nice balcony and good-sized bathroom with shower and clean towels. The bed is super comfy with nice sheets. Air-conditioning works well. Even though the building is located in the city centre right in front of the main street the widows are sound proof and we had a good nice sleep.

Staff are very helpful, professional and friendly. Very personalised feel to the place due to high staff/guest ratio; were able to assist me a lot. Nice breakfast. Large area in front of entrance to park car.
