The place has good ratings and it IS good! Very clean, confortable, rather quiet, probably the best I ever had in relation to the price. I didn't meet any staff, but you can write an email and you will get what you asked for. Nice surroundings - a big, beautiful park, a market mall in the surroundings - absolutely see "Pavillon Manhattan", a mall where you can get fresh food , polish season's fruit and vegetables, some old fashioned stuff. The building itself is of architectural interest. You can walk downtown - 20 -30 minutes or take a streetcar - 10 min.

    Spotlessly clean and well appointed stylish apartment with everything you could need for a short stay in Szczecin. Great location within easy reach of everything. Note there are a lot of stairs up to the apartment so not ideal for the less mobile but was fine for us. Felt completely safe and secure with door codes and key cards. Nice to have some drinks in the fridge on arrival. Would highly recommend.

In an ideal location with shops, cafes & 2 big shopping centres a 5 min walk away. I will definitely be staying there again.

    The apartment is super cosy, nice, and very clean. It looks even better then the hotel rooms, and it has a small kitchen with all necessary utensils that may be helpful if you stay for a few days. There may be a bit noisy during the day as there are shops around but at night it's quite quiet, so you may be sure to sleep well (by the way, the bed is very cosy). The flat is close to the old town, the shopping mall is within several minutes away from the building - the location is ideal for those willing to go sightseeing.

    I liked the location and the amenities, I really liked the fridge and the TV. Also the price was very good. The email told me everything I needed to do to enter the property, and there were no issues the whole way though. The room was fully equipped with sheets and towels, and was very clean. The kitchen and bathroom were also spotless and well equipped. I liked the kettle in my room too :)

    Very good location to the station, river, old town and city center. Very clean and modern. You have everything in the kitchen and washroom: dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, dishes, hair drier and wash machine. and a big sofa and tv. It’s definitely a good deal.
