The room was spacious, clean, with wooden floor, 5 large windows to enjoy the natural lighting during the day, the location is so convenient and safe especially if you love to move around in the evening (like myself)! Luca and Itala were very friendly, accommodating and caring to my concerns. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great location! It was quiet but also near everything or access to everywhere we wanted to go. Great restaurants and shops in very easy walking distance as well as a charming plaza right out in front with gondolas passing by under the picturesque pedestrian bridge. The apartment had a nice clean bathroom, a good size comfortable bedroom with a separate living room that our friend slept in. The layout worked well maintaining privacy between the bedroom, bathroom and our friends “room” in the living room. The kitchen was a little sparse but very functional. We didn’t utilize it much and opted to take advantage of eating out at the many great, inexpensive restaurants and cafes. We were able to leave our luggage in the lobby and go explore after checking out.
