The location is great, just a 2 min walk from the centre, but very very quiet in a quaint alley. Facilities super clean, modern, spacious bedroom and bathroom, amazing views. We were just outside Porta Catania, across the street from a supermarket and several restaurants (make reservations, they are good and book up). It was also very close to Villa Comunale di Taormina, which is worth visiting. The breakfast was excellent, eggs cooked freshly. Very accommodating in every way.
