The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful in every way ... and with a wonderful smile. The hotel is right next door to Thessaloniki's main attraction, the white tower, and is surrounded by bars and restaurants, although the hotel itself was quite calm and quiet. The hotel has a very modern decor and the room was large and had all the necessary amenities. But I must admit it was the engaging staff at reception that won us over. They were just lovely.

The room was gorgeous. It has everything. They are big, comfortable, and modern. Just perfect. Maybe, the host must say beforehand the number of the room, the floor and the instructions to open the door. Because you arrived at the place without understanding where you have to go or if you have to wait for someone or what. The good thing is that the host assists your texts quickly when you inform her you are there. But, maybe, that kind of information would be better if it were sent beforehand. Maybe there are people that don't have internet or phone service to contact the host. But, despite this. Truly, what wonderful accommodation.

We had an amazing stay- Sigma is a brand new facility with excellent design, very bright rooms, wonderful view, it’s perfectly clean and the staff is lovely. Even though it’s not in the center, the location is easily accessible by car and there is a public parking right next to it. If we’re back in Thessaloniki, we will definitely choose Sigma again.

There is a parked lot nearby for 14€ per night and the hosts were kind enough to provide us with the information when we texted in advance that we need to park our car somewhere.

It is a few min walk from the bus stop and near car rental facilities. Communication with the host was good, and it was possible to collect the keys at late hours. We did not used all the facilities as it was a rather short stay but it has everything you need, and very close to where all the action happens!

The flat was the cleanest rental apartment I've been too. Absolutely spotless, smelling lovely. The host thought throughout little things a guest might need like water to drink or shampoo which was very kind.

It is on the 8th floor so it is really quiet and bright with a lovely view. It has everything you will need for a short stay. If you have a car you will be offered a discount at the parking nearby. Apostolis the ower was always available and very polite and accomodating. Overall, it is a great value for money.

Felt very safe in apartment, good having a lift as on 4th floor. Lots of little touches to make sure it wasn’t just another basic self catering apartment. Loved having the balcony. Good communication from owner with regards to collecting keys. Good location 10/15 minute walk to main part of town or walk along the waterfront which we preferred. 5minute walk from railway station.
