The decor, fittings and furniture were modern and stylish with effort being taken to provide all creature comforts and necessities (bar fridge, microwave, washing machine etc.). The lounge/dining area is spacious with a couch, table, drink stands and ambient lighting. The entryway has desiginated areas for luggage (so it's out of the way). The reception staff Ava & Monica were delightful, welcoming and friendly. They were eager to help with recommendations for dining and site-seeing around Krakow. We really got the sense that they wanted us to get the most out of our stay. Breakfast in the adjoining cafè was organised effortlessly. The cafè itself is stunningly designed (someone must've had a lot of fun decorating it!) and, importantly, the food was great. All in all, really enjoyed our stay at H11 Aparthotel and highly recommend it to future travellers!
