First class service, we were assisted with our transfer to the airport as we are dependent on a wheelchair due to an accident during vacation. I love the city view from our room on the 16th floor. Beds were comfy. Shower, AC all ok. Not too cold not too hot. Very clean and quiet. I love the shuttle bus to from hotel to airport, and hotel to tung chung mrt station.
