The room was clean and quite spacious, everything was functional and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. There is also a coffee machine but there are some things I wish to had in the room like slippers and an iron. The shower is in the corner of the bathroom, with just a curtain separating it, I am not sure if all rooms are like this or just some but it was not an issue.

The staff was very professional, efficient and acommodating. The room was decorated with gusto in allignment with the Berlin spirit, so I forgot how small it was. The hotel is located in an area full of restaurants and all public transportation offers ( tram, bus, metro ) and a short walk away from major S-bahns and AlexanderPlatz.

Location was excellent right on the river. Close to loads of attractions including 2 of the stops for hop on hop off bus (Alexanderplatz, easy 10 min max walk and TV tower, easy 5 min walk). U bahn stop right outside the hotel. Staff were lovely, so helpful and all the ones we encountered spoke English very well.

There was music and food vendors in the plaza downstairs and a wonderful view of the city from the sky deck. The hotel also has a nice restaurant in the lobby, a gym and a spa.

This is quite convenient, as you can quickly go to Alexanderplatz and connect to any other point in the city. The region is also nice to walk along the Spree and close to the Museum Island, Berliner Dom and the Humboldt Forum. Clean room, good internet, good beds. The luggage storage was also convenient.

Room was quite with sufficient space for 2 people. Transport into the city was extremely convenient and quick, taking around 30 minutes to Alexanderplatz. Not related to the hotel but more Berlin, it would have been nice to know of the Buddy Bears throughout the city.
