Stylish, Stately and A Shopping Haven!
Between Bronte Country and the Yorkshire Dales, Leeds is a stately city with a wealth of impressive Georgian and Victorian buildings. The most celebrated is the town hall, a Grade I-listed gem with a huge clock tower supported by columns. Just around the corner is the understated Leeds Cathedral, and between the two is Millennium Square, a large urban space that plays host to outdoor concerts and a German Christmas market.
Shopping in Leeds is fantastic. Kirkgate Market is Europe’s largest covered market, and the magnificent, round Corn Exchange is home to exclusive boutiques. The city also has the first Harvey Nichols outside of London, as well as the usual high street brands.
As home to 2 large universities, Leeds has a young and vibrant vibe. It has repeatedly been voted the clubbing capital of the UK and is home to the Leeds Festival, an annual music event that attracts thousands.
The city also has excellent sporting pedigree. Internationals are held at Headingley cricket ground, and Leeds United FC and the Leeds Rhinos rugby league team are well-known names in their fields.
On the outskirts of the city are wonderful Roundhay Park, Kirkstall Abbey and Leeds-Bradford International Airport. Leeds accommodation on Booking.com covers all areas of this elegant city.

Leeds is a big city with many of advantages and disadvantages. Traffic bad but normal for a bit city.
Decent shops and entertainment venues.
When I searched for a hotel in Leeds I also searched for a hotel with car parking and was recommended to the hotel I stayed in. When I arrived was informed that there was no car parking facilities. This is not the fault of the hotel but is the fault of the search site which was not clear on car parking. To park the car was a walk away over very busy roads. No good for disabled people who need a place to park their vehicles.
The hotel is ok and very clean.

We love Leeds.
We love Leeds. Excellent shopping, entertainment, pubs, and great hotels and transport links. The local council should pat themselves on the back. A City well looked after, and growing better every year.
We stay at the Marriott hotel ( the best ) Gino’s restaurant is inside and on the front of the hotel. Superb standards all round. For cocktails Revolution de Cuba. Indian food The Bombay Brasserie, pub food The Turks Head, for a great pub with a fab landlady and a great pint The packhorse. Enjoy !!!!!

Lovely University City, with the campus in the heart of the city. Some fabulous bars and restaurants. It was a very short trip (daughter had offer holders open day) so we could only do so much. One thing that was a shame was that a number of bars were 18+ all day (we had our 15year old son with us so was a bit of a pain). Other than that a very pleasant trip, and the university looks fabulous.

Leeds is a small city and the central part is easy to get around on foot. Driving can be a bit bewildering as the underpasses and roundabouts look very similar to each other, bus lanes somestimes trundle down the middle of the road and signage means you can need to change lanes at rather short notice. We especially loved Temple Newsome House and the Thackery Medical Museum. The Corn Excgange is well worth a vist as is the delightful nearby book and plant shop on a barge, The Hold Fast. Pleanty of good places to eat, but don't get caught out by needing to book.

Leeds is a very vibrant and dynamic city with lots to see and do..For example: many bargains can be had in the shops and there is a positive friendly vibe from the locals you encounter
This was actually a nostalgia trip for me, as I used to live and work there up until 2009. So it was great to see the city again.and how it is changing and evolving.
One caveat though. Unfortunately, the outdoor market @ Kirkgate seems to have gone into a serious decline. We went there on 3 different days during our 7 days stay and each time. many stalls were empty and the previous vibe there has sadly almost totally disappeared.
On a more positive note, we both loved the indoor food court, with it's wide diversity of street foods and drinks from around the world, e.g. Vietnamese, Indian, Middle Eastern etc. You can pick up a good value meal there and just chill while people watching
I’d like to highlight (what I think is the Leeds’ Radisson’s USP) to other guests… the car park is so close that you don’t even have to go outside! I wanted a hotel in Leeds city centre with a nearby car park - having been mis-led by another hotel on my last visit. The hotel is part of a complex with cinema, restaurants etc but I was able to pre-book a discounted parking space there beforehand. I’m surprised this isn’t advertised more clearly!
Room was delightful, the hotel was beautifully appointed in wood panelling and a superb stained glass window, breakfast was excellent, but the best of all were the staff who are so friendly it was like going home. I cannot recommend Quebecs enough. The situation is perfect, across the road from the station and in the city centre. Loved it and will be going back.
Breakfast was not included when I book the hotel. Kindly the hotel give discount to guest staying, and only cost £10 each for breakfast, and free for my 5 years & 9 years old girls. The breakfast is lovely & fresh. The croissant is freshly bake too.
The location of the hotel is awesome. It's right in the city centre, walking distance to all the attractions .
An excellent, very nicely designed hotel, just a short walk from the city centre and the main railway station. The room was super clean and spacious. It is soundproof, so I slept perfectly there. Free coffee machine and cold water provided on a daily basis. Superb breakfast full of hot/cold options. The best choice for staying in Leeds!
The hotel owner was welcoming and informative
The hotel was cheap and cheerful.
We could enjoy a night in Leeds and not to worry about trains back home.
Clean sheets, comfortable beds , hot shower , kettle and refreshments station, tv in rooms
Based on a main road for public transport to leeds city centre
For a option this was good
Lovely grounds,Spacious and clean room and a superb breakfast.Nice location with plenty of pubs and places to eat nearby and city centre a very short bus ride away or a 30 minute walk.I was seeing a show a the Leeds direct arena and walked from the hotel to the arena stopping at a few places on the way, quite a pleasant walk.
The location of the property was excellent for Leeds city centre. Rooms were clean and very spacious, full sky package was a bonus. Every member of staff we met were exceptional. One of the best level of service we have ever received from a hotel. 100% be back again. Big up to Dave the Doorman.
Hotel was very clean & modern. The staff were very nice, especially the breakfast staff. Breakfast was plentyful and good choices available.
Decent size room & nice views from the 10th floor, which is only half way up the building. Great location for exploring Leeds City Centre.
Everything is juts beyond perfect at The Queens. Location couldn’t be better, there is an entrance inside the Railway Station and it is in the city centre main square. Staff is also amazing. Rooms very comfortable and clean. I would love to stay there for a week or more!
Outstanding apartment! Absolutely huge and very stylish. The owners even provided tea, coffee, milk and some muffins. Fantastic - can't recommend highly enough. Location is perfect too, right in the city centre.
Ideal hotel for the exploring leeds city centre., just a wee walk, and you have all the bars, shopping, and restaurants. It's very nice inside, friendly, staff were helpfull if you needed any assistance.
location close to the event venue (new dock/Royal Armouries museum) and close to Leeds City Centre - about 10 min walk either way.
Clean and fab view from hotel room (607) across the city centre
The location is pleasant with it being close to the docks, its also very convenient if you intend to visit the royal armories'.
The hotel is only a short taxi ride from the city Centre
I liked the room itself and the ambiance of the hotel. The always-open bar and reception are really appreciated. Furthermore, the city centre was easy to reach on foot.
The location was close to the city Centre. The staff who dealt with me were excellent, professional and did try to help me with the resources they had.
