We loved the location on the property. It was very central to everything and you could walk everywhere. It was about a 25min walk into the old town which is beautiful and about a 15min walk to the ports where you catch the ferries etc. All of our tours even picked us up right out front! It was great! There’s is also grocery stores and bakeries very close by along with restaurants etc. It was also a quiet area to be in which was nice to come home to at the end of the day. Paula our host was a huge help in many ways and always available through WhatsApp.

Grat contact with owner (could use printer easily when needed), easy check in (in fact you can check in when convenient to you) / check out. Beach towels available if you need. Very good soundproofing - despite noises outside you can sleep very well. Air condition perfect (easy level adjustment).

He provides everything that you could possibly want or need and nothing that you don't. The place is meticulously clean, bed was comfy, breakfast is plentiful and coffee good. The pool is a real winner too, along with the sun loungers to rest up on after a refreshing dip.... Walking anywhere in Dubrovnik will involve steps and staircases.....lots of them; Villa Klaic is no different. Most of Dubrovnik is on a steep slope in fact - So be prepared for the stairs!

The swimming pool and jacuzzi were soo nice to relax in. There was daily cleaning and all the staff were very friendly. Bonus points for the villa dog who was a welcome surprise as I missed my own dog lots. We will definitely come back again, it was too good.

The charming Old Town is just a short bus journey away and Iva, the amazing and helpful host, is happy to help and recommend things to see and do. The apartment itself is nice and bright with lots of nice touches and we spent most of the time outside of the lovely terrace.

The house had everything one can expect in a holiday home. The outdoors even had a BBQ & a pizza oven, but we did not make use of it. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, plates, and cutlery. We could not have asked for better even though it was a bit far from the old town. We had our car, which helped get around.

The apartment had a washing machine which we found a massive help as we had previously traveled from the UK by train to Croatia.
