Richard and Matt were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us. Both very very customer focused and I’m making a great success on the B&B here.
Pls publish my review. Host won’t engage. Been texting sent photo evidence multiple times. No response at all. Very disappointed. Understand mistakes happen but when you are not able to use the prime requirements of ‘getaway with hot tub’ and no BBQ as promised it’s just not in. I expect a full refund.

Being a captive Audience for Food.
Holiday Inn looked good for Food but waiting times put us off as we had to get up early for a flight to Malta
The Ibis Hotel Food was tasty and hot but we had to wait an age before it came. We could not understand why it took so long for the Food to arrive as it did not seem busy and Food was microwaved ??

Really only used the hotel due to its proximity to the railway station and the airport terminal.
Hardly able to review Hale but would advise anyone with limited mobility that there is a good walk involved...partly in the sheltered 'corridor' and then on the open to get to the Ibis Hotel

Needed a nice sized room with a couple of double beds for self and daughter as she had early morning flight. Great staff, organised her a 4:30am shuttle bus even though just a few hundred yards away. We had booked a local restaurant as other daughter studies at Man Uni so can't comment on food other than menu in lift seemed comprehensive for most airport hotel traveller requirements. Passing bar and restaurants both looked more than pleasant for an airport hotel

One of the nicest hotel I've stayed in, best bed ever in the room super comfy, tidy hotel and excellent location for the terminals, the only disappointment was the price of food at meal, especially the sirloin steak at £45 per steak and had the cheek to charge extra for the chips and sides unbelievable!!! I would and will stay at this hotel again but definitely won't be paying for food there I will go out from the hotel for food.

Great location for airport, no transfer needed.
Great location for airport, no transfer needed. Lovely hotel with a touch of luxury, even has a nice gym, pool, sauna and steam room. Rather expensive for one night but worth it for the convenience when taking an early flight.
We needed to stay close to Manchester Airport because we had an early morning flight. This is only 7 minutes away from the airport and was a perfect location. Easy to find.
We were greeted by friendly staff at check-in, and the room was immaculate along with tea and coffee facilities in the room.
Breakfast had that much choice for hot and cold food/drink. Cereal, cooked breakfast, fruit, toast, yoghurt, tea, coffee, juice and even milk.
You have to pay for parking, which is £12
I would recommend this hotel
Restaurant meal was lovely my Daughter had the Chicken Snitzel+ I had the Beefburger with Bacon + Cheese. Both were lovely + hot + chips really crispy. We had the White Chocolate + Red Velvet Cheesecake which was gorgeous. Room was lovely + clean + beds were soo comfortable. Ideal for morning flight from Manchester. Transfers were good + on time. You can walk it’s about 15 mins- but for £14 return isn’t too bad if you are pushed for time. All in all a nice hotel. Lovely man on reception he was so helpful.
It was a 5 minute walk from Manchester Airport station - the crossing to the hotel is over a busy road but a little further past the hotel are traffic lights where you can cross safely.
The breakfast was well prepared and had both a full-English and continental options, the restaurant itself has really nice seats and open lay out.
The sheets of my room were very fresh and the bed well made.
The receptionist ‘Ares’ was incredibly pleasant on my arrival.
We stayed the night here because we had an early flight out of Manchester the next day. We were able to have dinner and drinks at the restaurant before resting and getting up early and walking to the airport. We were able to walk to the Hotel from Manchester Airport Station (train) and then walk back to the Manchester Airport terminals the next morning. Its a short walk even with bags, no shuttle or car needed.
This hotel is obviously conveniently located with Manchester Airport and it's our go to place to stay every time we fly out of Manchester. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable and very helpful.
The rooms are ALWAYS very well cleaned and stocked well with towels, and shampoos etc., as well as having a good stock of tea and coffee.
Very convenient hotel located next to terminal 2 in Manchester airport. The room is clean. Bathroom was surprisingly comfortable for a budget hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly. In terms of food within walking distance, there is another hotel next door with a restaurant in the lobby, or one can go to the airport for food.
Comfortable room with all the expected facilities. Hotel linked to a San Carlo restaurant, which was terrific. All staff very friendly. Good option for travelers flying from Manchester Airport......better than the Premier Inn and Clayton Hotel, also business travelers as direct access onto M56 junction 6.
The staff were friendly and cared about our comfort and schedules, even letting us preorder breakfast and opening the restaurant a bit early so we had plentyof time to catch our flight. This will be my go to hotel from Now on when flying out
of Manchester.
Always my go to hotel before or after flying. Just perfect. Excellent shuttle service, start, breakfast, rooms… staff very helpful & has online check in and coded key collection to avoid waiting at reception.
This hotel was booked for conveneince as I needed to be in manchester and it fitted all the criteria I needed - simple, clean, low cost & good location for the airport
