We stayed 10 nights. Room has been cleaned every day beds done cleaner ladies even folded our PJ's. Food was a delicious different kind of fish every day, meat pizza pasta salads...with little bit of fantasy you could create lovely dish every single time any time of day. Staff in the restaurant was very helpful smiling all the time. It seemed like some of them are there non stop and they walked a hundreds miles every day. Really lovely place to stay very close to beach restaurants and shops. Good access to motorway too.

The undisputed Tenerife party capital, Playa de las Américas is a year-round resort of sun, sand and sizzling nightlife. At the foot of volcanic mountains stretching up to Mount Teide, its long beach is comprised of imported golden sand. Tenerife’s natural beaches – such as that in northern Puerto de la Cruz – are actually black sand.
Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje neighbouring Playa de las Américas also have golden beaches, and all are lapped by warm, turquoise waters. Watersports are a popular activity, and the area boasts Siam Park with its hair-raising waterslides, rapids and a host of swimming pools. There’s even a wave pool where you can surf!
Outdoor pools are also found in the Playa de las Américas accommodation on Booking.com, including 5-star resorts, cheap hotels and self-catering apartments. Aqualand has yet more flumes and pools, as well as a dolphinarium.
Dolphins and whales can also be spotted from boat trips along the coast. Other activities include Golf Las Américas, the Canaries’ largest golf course.
However, it’s what happens after dark that’s the biggest draw. The Patch complex has family-friendly bars with food, while the bars, clubs and casinos of the Starco shopping centre and Verónicas strip only really kick in at after midnight.

I spent a week in Teneriffe, I travelled with my sister so we had a bed room each. it could easily sleep 4 - 5 people. The apartment was a perfect location, access to everything and still very private. Great to have 2 bathrooms. Lots of space outside to sit out and enjoy the evenings. Washing machine means you dont have to bring alot of clothes with you,
We really enjoyed our stay in Teneriffe Pearl and would definately go back again.

I have been visiting the Island for over 30 years and I have never had a bad visit.
Siam Park is a must!!!!
Best bar is the Brahms and Liszt on the Parque de la paz strip fabulous place with the best staff on the island
Best restaurants are Little Italy Pompeii, Vegas grill and Pier 8.
The only issue now with Tenerife is the taxis from the airport as the queues now are ridiculous.

We normally stay in Adeje but because of the steep hills that are unavoidable decided to try Las Americas. We were last there in the 90s and were pleasantly surprised how upmarket it has become. Obviously lots of investment has been made and we have rebooked our holiday for next year.

The location was even more spacious than described. The balcony had two sunbeds and a lovely view of the ocean. The kitchen was suitable for occasional cooking and the two bathrooms were both clean. The beds were also comfortable. Although it was only supposed two of us initially, they allowed us to bring a third guest free of charge and promptly arranged an extra bed for her. We had a great stay and we’ll be sure to return for our next trip to Tenerife!
This hotel is very well placed with in the Las America area, took the bus ( No 40 , 25min ) from and too the airport, bus stops outside the the hotel ( €3.70 each way..taxi €35.00 each way) bus very easy to navigate ,clean room ,Food excellent im fussy and I found something that I liked, every day for my all inclusive 4 night stay, only had the beer cold and refreshing, day time entertain was there very hard working team ,would not hesitate going back
Stayed in Apartments Vista Sur over the Christmas holidays. This is an excellent apartment complex, the rooms are spacious, modern, and well equipped. The view from the balcony is superb. The location on the beach front is excellent and at night very quiet, which we really appreciated. But most of all the staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. Many thanks to Ani and the rest of the team for making our trip so fantastic.
Lovely room with own private small plunge pool. Great to cool off after being in the sun too long.
Pool bar and restaurant really good value, nice to sit out overlooking the main pool. Even though we were on b&b we were still able to purchase the all inclusive snacks during the day for a small fee which was handy on the first day getting to the hotel late afternoon. Location not too far to Las Americas, 10 minute taxi ride.
Great communication before and throughout the stay -Video sent by Susy before arrival - location of key box and key code, safe & pool key location. Apartment had all cooking facilities, comfy beds, great shower, spotlessly clean, great location, little welcome gift of wine and water. Wifi great. Supermarket across the road. Pleasant stay and would return on our next visit to Tenerife
Staff were all really friendly! The food was amazing, never really expect too much from a buffet type restaurant, but all the food was perfect. Room was cleaned daily, hotel was VERY covid safe, temperature check every time you return, sanitiser all around the hotel, and disinfection of public areas. We really enjoyed our time being all inclusive, and everything was catered for!
10/10
The apartment was very clean, well equipped, with a great view from the balcony. Everything was close by, supermarket, beach, restaurants. Easy walking distance from Playa de Las Americas Centre through to Port Colon. The owner, Alex, was very friendly and informative on arrival with examples of restaurants to visit. I would highly recommend this apartment for your visit to Tenerife.
Very good location. For the price, the apartment was more than adequate and was well equipped for a week long self catering holiday. Cleaning, sheet and towel changes were carried out on time as per the hotel schedule. Our apartment was quiet but that may not be the case for other apartments in this complex, as a few are located above a nearby bar.
The location couldn't be better – just a short walk away from beautiful beaches and vibrant party zones.
The apartment had everything we needed and more, making our stay truly comfortable.
The host was super helpful and made sure we had a fantastic experience.
Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a blast in Tenerife!
The hotel facilities are excellent; the swimming pool area is super convenient for families with children since there is a full view of them from most of the beds/hamacas.
The hotel has a big offer of products for breakfast and dinners to cover all the possible tastes.
Great value hotel with big pools and plenty of sun beds.
Room was clean, comfy and modern.
Walking distance to the main areas with shops, bars and restaurants. We booked all inclusive as pretty cheap but ate out most evenings. Wine and beer in the deal was nice.
Food is good enough, fresh and many options. Staff is helpful, it was pretty clean hotel. Location of the hotel is perfect, close to all beaches and downtown. Good drink options in All Inclusive. Fun activities for children during the day and night
Cozy and clean flat, fullly equipped, in the center of Playa de Las Americas with many restaurants, shops. beaches and bus stations nearby. Taking into account the location, it was pretty quiet at night, we were expecting to have more noise.
The apartment has most things you would need for a home from home holiday. In a central location to playa de las Americas and Costa adeje, it was clean and modern. The host was just a call away and communication was excellent.
hotel located right on the beach. The apartment has two balconies overlooking the ocean and a large swimming pool. The half-board food is varied and tasty. The staff is very nice and helpful. We will gladly come back here.
We had an incredible experience renting this apartment in Las Americas, Tenerife with five of my friends.
The location of the apartment was ideal, with numerous restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance.
